Rather than forcing every patient into the same protocol, All-on-X starts with a 3D CT scan and a digital plan. We look at bone volume and quality, the shape of your arch, how hard you bite and what the opposing teeth are doing — then decide how many implants will give the most predictable long-term result.
In every case the outcome is the same in principle: a fixed bridge of teeth secured to implants, which you don't take out at night and which restores full chewing function.
