At Surrey Quays Dental Practice we are accepting referrals for more complex treatments such as Root Canal Treatment, Implants, OPG and CBCT imaging.  We would complete the specific treatment you ask us to carry out, and refer the patient back to your care. You would receive a full report of  the treatment provided by us.

Please email us with your enquiry or referral.  Please provide an overview of what you are referring, and any X-ray for an initial review. Once this is received, the patient would be contacted to book for either initial consultation or straight for treatment if all necessary information is provided.

For CBCT and OPG imaging, please include exposure justification in the referral.

Please note we are unable to provide a report for OPG and CBCT scan. We can send you a link via email to download the CBCT scan.
