Surrey Quays Dental Practice is not a lender or broker, but we do work with a company who can help. We work with a finance company that offers 0% finance over 12 months.
There is a minimum treatment cost of £500 for the finance. Finance must be arranged before any treatment can take place. You can register for finance with us, and we will submit your contact details to the finance company with you in the practice after a consultation. You will then be asked to apply to them directly, and we will both be notified of the decision. It is simple, quick, and affordable.
12 months at 0% finance is the only scheme we are able to offer. If you need financial advice, please contact a registered financial advisor. We at Surrey Quays Dental Practice are not credit brokers, lenders, or financial advisors and cannot offer these services.
Denplan is a monthly payment plan designed to help you budget for your routine dental care. Instead of paying for each appointment separately, you pay a set fee that covers regular check-ups, hygiene visits, and preventive advice, helping to keep your teeth and gums healthy. Plans can also include worldwide dental injury and emergency cover for added peace of mind. By spreading the cost across the year, Denplan makes dental care more affordable and predictable, while supporting you to maintain a healthy smile with the reassurance of ongoing care from your chosen dentist.
When you are building your treatment plan with us, your treatment coordinator will ensure that your treatment schedule is accompanied by a payment schedule. This payment schedule allows you to pay for each part of the treatment plan when you arrive at that point. We offer this transparency so that there are no surprises and you are given clear guidance throughout.
Despite our best efforts, there may be changes in the cost of materials that we use or the services that third parties, like laboratories, provide. We cannot plan ahead for these, but we will make you aware of any changes to your schedule when we can. This unfortunately means that the payment schedule is a quote for services, and cannot be used as final, or intermediary, invoice.
When starting a treatment plan with us, you will be asked for a deposit which will be deducted from your final invoice. This deposit is used to pay for the materials that we order. This deposit is therefore non-refundable. The deposit will be based on either a percentage of the final treatment plan, or the initial costs for customised material for treatment. If there are delays to treatment through no fault of ours, we may keep the deposit after two missed appointments or where material has to be wasted and reordered this must be paid before a new appointment is booked.
Please see the Terms of Service for more information on deposits and payments.
For services below £150, such as consultations or hygiene appointments, we ask for either payments in advance when booking online or immediately after the appointment where an advanced appointment is not booked.
If you are an NHS patient believe you are eligible for full costs on the NHS please discuss this with the reception team who can direct you to further advice. Otherwise, a payment will be expected depending on the NHS banded service completed.
At Surrey Quays Dental Practice, we believe prevention is always better than cure, and it’s also the most cost-effective way to maintain a healthy smile. Regular consultations and hygiene appointments are essential to keeping your mouth in excellent condition and avoiding the need for more complex or costly treatments later on.
During your routine consultation, our dental team will carry out a detailed examination of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues. Early detection of any issues allows us to provide simple, affordable solutions before they develop into something more serious.
Hygiene appointments are equally important for long-term oral health. Even with good daily brushing and flossing, plaque and tartar can build up in hard-to-reach areas. Our hygienists will remove these deposits and offer personalised advice on home care, diet, and habits to help you protect your teeth and gums between visits.
